I am Ingalill Östman and my belief is that communication is the lifeblood of a company. Correctly used it is a powerful tool to create a healthy company culture and also to pave the way for successful sales.

My experience in global groups such as ABB and SKF have provided me with a good understanding of business and a broad network. I have held executive positions in companies in several sectors, ranging from real estate to health care. My role has been to create and establish new communications organisations and processes.

My expertise covers all aspects of the communication process and organizational development from communication audits, strategies and implementing changes to IR, branding, PR/social media and reputation/crises management. In addition, I have a broad experience from managing change processes. Making it happen – that’s what drives me!
